These Terms & Conditions govern use of hrayrshahnazaryan.com and general principles for engaging Hrayr Shahnazaryan for SEO, analytics, and related digital services. Specific project terms are agreed in writing (proposal, SOW, or platform contract such as Upwork) and prevail if they conflict with this page.
Website use
Content on this site is for general information only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or guaranteed SEO advice. You may not scrape, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the site.
Services
Services may include technical SEO audits, strategy, content direction, analytics setup, website development support, and related consulting. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate agreement before work begins.
No guaranteed results
Search rankings and traffic depend on algorithms, competition, and your implementation. I do not guarantee specific positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access (CMS, hosting, GSC, GA4, etc.), accurate information, and approvals needed to perform work. Delays in access or feedback may shift timelines.
Fees & payment
Fees, payment schedule, and expenses are set in the project agreement. Late payment may pause work. Third-party tools or ad spend are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (reports, copy, code where applicable) are licensed or assigned as stated in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, methods, and templates remain my property.
Confidentiality
Non-public business information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for claims arising from the website or services is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement in the twelve months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the project agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work performed through the termination date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia unless a written contract specifies otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith via direct contact.
