Background

Why I work this way

Before SEO, I spent six years in financial banking—starting as a loan officer and advancing to the business-loan approval committee. At the same time I worked in B2B sales and support. That foundation taught me to assess risk, build a clear case with evidence, and communicate with people who expect numbers—not buzzwords.

When COVID-19 changed how we work, I looked for a career I could pursue on-site or fully remote. SEO stood out as the most interesting path. From 2020 I taught myself—no courses or mentors at first—and practiced by delivering free technical SEO audits to more than 25 websites while I was still learning.

During that period I completed training with Loopex Digital, a marketing agency that showed me how to plan engagements, run a structured workflow, and use hundreds of SEO tools in production. In 2021 I joined IQSoft—a software development company, not an agency—where my professional SEO career began: technical audits, content programs, and organic growth on software products at scale.

Since then I've worked at Logix Software and Andava Digital, and today I operate independently with founders, marketing leads, and product teams who need one person accountable for crawl fixes, shipped templates, corrected tracking, and proof in GSC and GA4—not a strategy deck that sits in a drive.
