ZEON Agency: Multi-Vertical SEO · WordPress & Ucraft (NDA)
At ZEON I supported five client programs: two new website launches (design and SEO-ready structure), plus iGaming affiliate, healthcare, self-defence, and coupon-commerce properties. I worked in WordPress and Ucraft—ordered technical, on-page, and off-page audits with actionable recommendations; implemented meta title and description updates on CMS sites; produced monthly performance reports; contributed two website designs; and executed local SEO where location mattered. Under Marieta Hovhannisyan I refined professional audit and reporting standards and learned ASO basics. For reference, see Google Search Console performance report help. Challenge
- Agency clients on different CMS platforms without a unified SEO playbook
- New sites launching without technical and on-page baselines before marketing spend
- iGaming affiliate and promotion verticals requiring faster iteration than corporate healthcare
- Ucraft and WordPress templates with weak default meta and schema
- Local businesses needing map and citation work alongside classic SEO audits
- Reporting expectations that had to be board-ready, not screenshot dumps
Strategy
Run every engagement in audit order—technical first, then on-page, then off-page—so fixes compound instead of conflicting. Match tactic tier to vertical risk (white-hat defaults for regulated and local clients; agency-guided exposure to grey- and black-hat methods only where competitive context required it and leadership approved). Pair CMS-level meta implementation with monthly reporting leadership can forward to clients unchanged.
Execution
Audit & recommendation framework
- Technical SEO audits—crawlability, indexation, performance, and template issues documented before content recommendations
- On-page audits—intent, meta, headings, internal links, and duplicate patterns per CMS
- Off-page audits—link profile, competitor gaps, and risk notes tailored to vertical (affiliate vs. healthcare vs. local)
- Prioritized suggestion decks for developers and account managers—ordered by impact and implementation effort
CMS delivery · WordPress & Ucraft
- Rewrote meta titles and descriptions on WordPress and Ucraft properties where I had implementation access
- Supported two new website designs—layout and structure aligned to conversion and crawlable HTML expectations
- Coordinated with production teams so audit items shipped without breaking campaign landing pages
Vertical coverage (client details NDA)
- Two greenfield website programs—SEO requirements embedded from design through launch
- iGaming affiliate property—competitive SERP and off-page velocity under agency guardrails
- Healthcare client—conservative white-hat on-page and technical hygiene
- Self-defence and coupon-commerce accounts—local and commercial-intent keyword work
- Local SEO deliverables (profiles, citations, on-site NAP consistency) on location-led engagements
Reporting & mentorship
- Monthly SEO reports per client—traffic, rankings, audit progress, and next-month priorities using GSC-led reporting standards
- Mentorship from Marieta Hovhannisyan—professional audit structure, client-ready narrative, and ASO fundamentals for mobile discovery
Results
ZEON engagements are summarized here without client names or metrics because of agency NDA. Across five programs I left each account with a completed audit stack, implemented meta where the CMS allowed, and a monthly reporting rhythm account teams could reuse. Two new-site designs launched with SEO baked into structure—not patched after go-live. WordPress and Ucraft builds both gained consistent title and description patterns; local SEO accounts received location-specific recommendations alongside classic search work. Exposure to white-, grey-, and black-hat SEO *in an agency context* clarified which tactics belong in client-facing work versus competitive research only—a line Marieta Hovhannisyan reinforced through how she edited my audits and reports. I am grateful to her for teaching me to package technical findings for non-SEO stakeholders and for introducing ASO basics I still use on app-adjacent projects today.
